To open an account on 15 app, the user must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. 15 app bears no liability if login credentials are shared with any third party.
When using the 15 app platform, users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or automated software operation is strictly prohibited on the platform. Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent account termination. No content, software, or design from the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. If any suspicious activity is detected, 15 app reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and it is the user's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and charges. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Using third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds. A verification process may be required during withdrawal processing, which is mandatory for security purposes. If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, 15 app reserves the right to correct that amount.
The platform accepts limited liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of 15 app. 15 app is not responsible for damages caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or third-party service failures. In the event of a dispute, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting our support team. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
15 app reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
